Ledford, in Bradley County and Polk County, Tennessee, in 1982 and 1983. The sole issue on appeal is whether Plaintiffs witness, Dr. William H. Stuart, qualifies as an expert medical witness under the requirements of T.C.A. § 29-26-115(a)(b) (1980), which sets the standards for expert testimony in medical malpractice actions.
